Los Angeles: "The Sopranos" star Tony Sirico has been roped in to star in filmmaker Woody Allen's next untitled movie.

The 73-year-old actor, best known for his role as Paulie "Walnuts" Gualtieri on the HBO series, will play a character named Vito in Allen's untitled feature, reported Deadline.

The film also stars Bruce Willis, Blake Lively, Kristen Stewart, Jesse Eisenberg, Parker Posey among others.

Sirico has appeared in Allen's films like "Deconstructing Harry", "Everyone Says I Love You" and "Bullets Over Broadway".

Sirico recently starred in "Touched", "Friends And Romans", "Lilyhammer and Family Guy".

Allen's latest, "Irrational Man", starring Emma Stone, Joaquin Phoenix, Parker Posey and Jamie Blackley, released last month.
