'Transformers' franchise to continue having human characters

Los Angeles: ''Transformer" franchise is not planning to omit human characters from the film.

Although many considered human characters in the franchise useless, writer Akiva Goldsman hinted that there would still be humans in future 'Transformers' movies, reported Aceshowbiz.

The existence of the human characters in the franchise came under scrutiny after after "Transformers: Age of Extinction".

"...Fundamentally, there seems to be something really great about the interaction between the two species. I think that, in the main, I would suggest that that would be something you wouldn't want to squander. Although that doesn't mean that you couldn't do all sorts of things for a little while," Goldsman said.

Goldsman, 53 is currently writing "Transformers 5".

Michael Bay is directing the project expected to release in 2017.
