Watch: Revengeful Varun Dhawan in `Badlapur` teaser trailer!

New Delhi: The official teaser of Varun Dhawan's much-anticipated movie `Badlapur` is finally out.

From the teaser, one can clearly make out that Varun's character is not that of a conventional romantic hero, the kind he has been portraying so far. The film promises to be full of revenge, vengeance and shades of grey.

`Badlpaur` will be Varun's breakaway from the regular boy-next-door image that he is often associated with. Going by the looks of it, one cannot miss the similarities between Varun and Shahid Kapoor's look in `Haider`.

We get a sneak peak of Huma Qureshi and Yami Gautam, who play the female leads, along with the very talented Vinay Pathak, Nawazuddin Siddiqqui and Divya Dutta.

'Badlapur' happens to be a thriller by Sriram Raghavan. It has been reported that Varun, who plays the lead besides Nawazuddin, will be seen essaying two roles—spanning different age groups, the journey from 18-40.

It is slated to hit the silver screens on February 20, 2015.
