New Delhi: The controversial Aarushi Talwar double murder case of 2008 is reopening on the silver screens.
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, 'Talvar' stars Irrfan Khan and Konkona Sen Sharma playing the leads in on reel depiction of a real-life murder case that shook the entire nation.
The case of 14-year-old Noida girl Aarushi Talwar, who was brutally murdered along with domestic help, Hemraj in Noida was fresh in the minds of people for years.
Irrfan took to Twitter to share the trailer alongwith a dialogue from the film:"Jis din samay ne ankhein kholin... Insaaf Insaaf Insaaf... Hoga!"

'Talvar' will premiere in Toronto International Film Festival that runs from September 10 to 20.
The unsolved murder mystery has been written by Vishal Bhardwaj and the lyrics are by legendary poet-lyricist and Meghna's father, Gulzar.
The film is set to hit the silver screens on October 2 this year.
