"Dhoni was born in Ranchi and that is where his journey began. We are extremely thrilled and thankful to the Jharkhand government, who are welcoming the film on Dhoni's life with such open arms," Vijay Singh, CEO of Fox Star Studios (producer) told PTI.

'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' will be releasing on September 30 this year. The Neeraj Pandey directorial stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Kiara Advani, Disha Patani, Anupam Kher and Bhumika Chawla in important roles.
