Demi Lovato wants Lady Gaga to replace Britney Spears on ‘X Factor’

Los Angeles: Singer-actress Demi Lovato wants pop sensation Lady Gaga to take the judge`s chair in place of Britney Spears on the next season of `The X Factor`. Britney Spears, who joined the show in its second season with Lovato, announced her exit in January. Music executive LA Reid, who appeared during the show`s first two seasons, has also left the talent competition. With Spears off the panel, Lovato hopes to see another chart-topping pop star on the judges` table, reported Us magazine. "I would love to see Lady Gaga. I don`t know if that is possible or not," Lovato said. She herself hasn`t officially been asked to judge another season of the reality show, but the `Give Your Heart a Break` singer would jump at the opportunity to do so. "I`m focusing on my music this year, so it`s going to be a lot of touring, a lot of promoting of my album, but I would love to. Obviously, if they asked for me to come back, I`d say yes." PTI
