Washington: Jay-Z`s fans were in for a surprise after the rapper announced that he will be releasing his new album `Magna Carta Holy Grail` on July 4.
The 43-year-old singer made the announcement in a video which was reportedly aired during the NBA finals and was also posted to his website, Life + Times, the Huffington reported.
The video offers seemingly footage of Beyonce`s husband in a partnership with Samsung.
The electronics firm has purchased one million copies of ` Magna Carta Holy Grail` and will distribute them days before the album`s release to users of the Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy S 4, and Galaxy Note II.
