Justin Bieber `was joking about retirement`

Washington: Justin Bieber was only joking when he announced his retirement, it has been revealed. Allison Kaye , general manager of Scooter Braun Projects released a statement to the Wall Street Journal`s Speakeasy blog saying that the 19-year-old singer felt that it was the best way to respond to the latest inaccurate media reports about him, Contactmusic reported. She further wrote that the `Baby` hitmaker chose to channel his frustration into playing along with this baseless rumour and even used the word "beloved" to tip off his fans that it wasn`t real. Kaye said that however within 20 minutes, Bieber realized that fans had got confused by the media reports and clarified that he was kidding.
