Kylie Minogue to mark 25th anniversary with special hits compilation

London: Kylie Minogue is set to celebrate her 25th anniversary in music career by reworking a collection of her classic hits for a special compilation.

According to Music Week, the 43-year-old pop diva will release the album next year, and had debuted new versions of her tracks ‘All The Lovers’ and ‘On A Night Like This’ at a gig in London on Thursday.

“I’ve been at (recording studio) Abbey Road for about two weeks in total. Not just for this, I’ve been working on a project for next year, the Daily Express quoted the singer as saying.

“Next year’s my 25th anniversary (in music) so we’ve been recording acoustic and orchestral versions of a number of my hits,” she added.

The Australian pop queen launched her career in 1987 after shooting to fame in hit Aussie TV soap opera ‘Neighbours’.
