`Judas` not a religious statement: Gaga

London: Pop star Lady Gaga is being criticised for her portrayal of Mary Magdalene in her new single "Judas", but she says the song has nothing to do with religion.

"I don`t view the video as a religious statement. I view it as social statement. I view it as a cultural statement. It`s a metaphor.
