Knightley, who plays a songwriter along with Levine in their new movie `Begin Again`, is said to have impressed the Maroon 5 frontman with her vocal abilities, which prompted him to offer her a recording deal.
"Keira has many offers on the table and is tempted by them. She enjoyed singing in the movie and people around her were impressed," femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
"Adam has just started a label called 222 Records and has been trying to persuade Keira to sign a deal with him," the source added.
