Britney Spears used male double for new video
London: Britney Spears` much hyped new video `Till the World Ends` reportedly stars a male body double who has done all the dancing instead of the pop princess
The 29-year-old singer`s latest video was dissected by fans, who discovered that a male dancer was performing instead of Spears, reported Sun online.
Video sharing website YouTube has been flooded with comments about the same.
"It`s definitely not her, it`s obviously a bloke. I can only think that she`s done it because she can`t dance the way that she used to. I don`t think that she should use a body double like that," read one of the comments.
Other fan forums have been swamped with theories over whether the `Baby One More Time` star had used dance doubles to perform some the complicated moves.
Fans reckon one clip where she throws back her hair is in fact a man in a blonde wig.
Theories on the Internet include suggestions that Spears may have sat out some routines because of a knee injury or that she was allowed rest for the shooting of some of the scenes.
Fansite Breathheavy had thousands of posts on the subject and followers seemed disappointed by the news.
This is not the first time that Spears has been dogged by rumours about using a dance double in her videos.
In February this year the singer`s representatives issued a statement denying claims another dancer had been used in the `Hold It Against Me` video, the first single of her new album `Femme Fatale`.
