How a stolen piano nearly ruined Bono’s career

London: U2 star Bono has revealed an incident which he considers one of the big disappointments of his younger years.

“One of the big disappointments of my young life was when the piano was taken from my grandmother’s house,” he said while in New York.

But, the Dublin-born rock star praised his school’s music facilities for kick-starting his career, reports The Telegraph.

````Luckily for me, I went on to a school with a strong music facility,” he said.
