Janet Jackson wants no Michael jokes in her concert
Los Angeles: Pop star Janet Jackson doesn`t want to hear jokes about her brother and `King of Pop` Michael Jackson, at her concert.
The 45-year-old singer, who is in the middle of her Number Ones, Up Close and Personal world tour, has a provision in her contract that forbids comedians she may be sharing the stage with to make jokes about anyone in the Jackson family, the Hollywood Reporter said.
The tour contract reads "that comedian will not make any reference to Janet Jackson or the Jackson family."
The contract also states that her minimum guarantee is USD 475,000 for a show. She`s also entitled to 85 per cent of the gross box office receipts over USD 650,000.
