London: Singer Katy B is not confident that her debut album "On a Mission" will be crowned the winner at the forthcoming Barclaycard Mercury Prize.
The 22-year-old is nominated along with others singer including Adele and Tinie Tempah for the award ceremony which recognizes the best British albums of the last 12 months.
"I really don`t think I`ll win it but I`m just happy to be nominated. It`s a great award because it`s about recognizing the album rather than it being about a single or being a big seller. It`s all about the music," femalefirst.co.uk quoted the 22-year-old as saying.
The award will take place Sep 6 here.
