Los Angeles: Australian singer Kylie Minogue wants her latest record, `Aphrodite` to be in the same league as that of Lady Gaga`s hit album `Bad Romance`.
The `Spinning Around` hitmaker is hopeful that her new album matches the standard set by eccentric pop star, NME.com reported.
"Oh God, I hope so! I love it! That`s a benchmark I`d be happy to be sitting next to," Minogue said. The 42-year-old singer also admits that she does not like giving interviews.
"Where that comes from is usually you`re asked the same questions the whole time, and secondly, when you have been burnt in the past it`s like you have to operate thinking, `OK, what am I going to say, then how`s that going to be written, then how`s it going to be interpreted?`," Minogue said.
Minogue has also not ruled out to appear again in reality show `The X Factor`.
"I loved working with my sister last year and I`d definitely do it again if she asked me to!”, she said.
