Liam Gallagher to quit music if next album flops

London: Rocker Liam Gallagher has promised to quit music if his band`s new album tanks.

The Beady Eye frontman said he would rather put his feet up for good than listen to fans dislike the group`s new record, `BE`, which will be out next month, reported Sun online.

"If we`re barking up the wrong tree with this record, I don`t know if I can be able to continue my profession. I`ll never be a plumber, I`ll never be a fashion designer.

"Maybe I`d just sail off into the distance and enjoy my life, instead of worrying about what some spotty little fans from Hastings thinks about the record," he said.
