Mick Jagger begged Joss Stone to ‘shut up’ during rehearsal in studio

London: Sir Mick Jagger has revealed that he had to ask Joss Stone to “shut up” in the recording studio because she just would not stop chatting and singing.
In an interview with Live magazine, Jagger, 68, said he realised Stone, 24, had an annoying habit of talking and singing incessantly. “I know she talks all the time and she is always up and laughing spontaneously. She is not like some broody, moody kind of girl who sits in the corner and you don’t know what she’s thinking,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying. “She’s telling you what she is thinking all the time, which is quite good really. And she sings all the time. She sings all her thoughts. I say, ‘Joss, can I get five minutes off the singing? Joss, shut up. Joss!’” he added. The Rolling Stones legend teamed up with the talkative soul singer, former Eurythmics star Dave Stewart, Bob Marley’s son Damian, and composer A.R. Rahman to form a new supergroup, named SuperHeavy.
