London: Singer Ronan Keating has once again fuelled rumours that he is set to lead a single life after he signed a one-year lease on a house in a posh area near Dublin.
The Boyzone star, who split from his wife Yvonne amid allegations that he had an affair with 26-year-old blonde dancer Francine Cornell, has rented a house in The Casino complex in the heart of Malahide village, near Dublin city, and has signed a year`s contract for the property, reports a news website.
He has even bought a year`s membership for the nearby fitness centre. Keating was also spotted equipping the apartment last week with a top-of-the-range widescreen 3D TV.
Last week removal vans were spotted transporting Keating`s gym equipments from his old house to his new home.
Keating is leaving for Australia as he takes up a role as judge on Australian "X Factor".
Sources believe that when he returns, he will settle into single life in Malahide. The move will also allow him to remain close to his three children - Jack, Missy and Ali.
