Scarlett Johansson forms girl band `The One and Only Singles`

Sydney: Scarlett Johansson has formed a new all-girl band, `The One and Only Singles`.

The 28-year-old actress, describing the group as super-pop, has revealed that her new act came together about a year ago and a bunch of singles have already been recorded, the Sydney Morning Herald reported. According to Malibu magazine, the `Avengers` star said that she was just slammed with work and thus they haven`t been able to finish them. Johansson added that when nothing else was happening, she sometimes wrote music in her trailer and wished she could do that full-time. However, since she does not have that gift, it has to be more of a collaborative process because she isn`t a songwriter. She claimed that she understood lyrics and melody but it`s something that she would have to dedicate herself to, but cannot at the moment due to lack of time.
