Singer Robbie Williams starts work for new album

London: Robbie Williams is all set to begin writing tracks for his next solo album just a few days after completing his band Take That`s European tour.

The `Angels` hitmaker, who reunited with his bandmates after 15 years, rather than taking time out from music, is busy working on a follow-up to his 2009 album `Reality Killed the Video Star`, a website reported.

"I have `nothing` to do and I plan on doing it very well... (nothing except write the next album!). I have (it seems) a mountain of songs to finish lyrics for... so many tunes are in a good shape now. Maybe 30 knocking around and that`s not including old ones that never made RKTVS," he wrote in his blog.

"The future`s bright... I`m looking at my most consistent album to date. I have a month to tie up loose ends lyric-wise. I will remember all your kind words about what my songs mean to you," he added.
