Taylor Swift is Billboard’s youngest ‘Woman of the Year’

New York: Country music superstar Taylor Swift has been crowned ‘Woman of the Year’ by Billboard magazine. Swift, 21, is the youngest artist to receive the award which has gone to other biggies Beyonce, Reba McEntire and Fergie.

She will be honoured at the 2011 Billboard Women in Music event in New York on December 2nd, reported the New York Daily News.

It’s the latest honour for Swift, who became the youngest person to win the Grammy for best album for ‘Fearless’ in 2010. The singer, who is currently on a national tour, has also won several ACM, CMA and AMA awards.
