U2’s Bono dedicates song to Maria Shriver
Washington: Irish band ‘U2’ has left former First Lady of California Maria Shriver thrilled after Bono dedicated a song to her during their concert in Anaheim on Friday.
Bona dedicated ‘Pride’ (In The Name of Love) to Shriver who was among the crowd when the band performed in front of nearly 50,000 fans.
“For Maria Shriver who`s here tonight!” Radaronline quoted Bono as screaming during the concert.
Also on Bono`s dedication list was Republican Gabrielle Giffords, who``s husband Mark Kelly opened up U2`s ‘Beautiful Day’ with a heartfelt video message for his wife.
“I look forward to coming home. Tell my wife I love her very much. She knows,” Kelly said in the video.
