London: Television personalities Carol Vorderman and Holly Willoughby have topped the Cleavage Honours List 2013 that recalls some of the most memorable moments on television regarding impressive cleavage.
The 32-year-old Willoughby was given the title of a Dame on the list because of her array of daring and low-cut dresses which she wore while co-hosting ‘The Voice’ last year, the Daily Express reported.
Meanwhile 52-year-old Vorderman was recognised for her cleavage display in a red dress she wore at the Pride of Britain Awards.
The final list was compiled by the Cleavage Honours Committee which is a panel of experts at original cleavage creators Wonderbra, and includes Willoughby and Vorderman as Dames, to celebrate National Cleavage Day on March 27.
Other celebrities on the list included Cheryl Cole, Helen Flanagan and Pippa Middleton, who have all been awarded CBE’s (Commander of the Breast Empire).
