New York: The hooker who romped with Wayne Rooney claims the soccer hero betrayed wife Coleen "countless times with loads of my friends".
Hooker Helen Wood also bragged she has no regrets about the hurt felt by Rooney`s loyal wife - saying she deserved it for forgiving the cheating Man United star.
She said: "I don`t regret hurting her. The way I see it, if you want to be a d***, get back with the person who cheated on you."
Helen, 24, also told ES magazine: "He is dead timid. Of all the footballers I`ve met, I`ll never know why he cheats. There`s a lot worse than him.
"He reminds me of the boy at school who tries to be the lad`s lad - but he`s not."
Helen said she would not kiss and tell about a well-known actor who has a court order preventing her naming him - but might dish the dirt on another footballer she slept with.
