Katy Perry’s cleavage too hot for ‘Sesame Street’

Washington: A scene singer Katy Perry shot for television series ‘Sesame Street’ has been scrapped, after parents complained that her cleavage was inappropriate for the children’s show.

Perry, 25, had sang a cleaned-up version of her song ‘Hot N Cold’ with Elmo, and it was supposed to air on New Year’s Eve, TMZ.com reported.

But the video, which was viewed on YouTube by nearly a million people, started receiving complains from parents, with one even saying: “Dude My Son Saw This And Got A Boner Wtttttttttf”.

Producers have decided not to air the song on the show, after more parents commented.

“You can practically see her t*ts. That’s some wonderful children’s programming,” one commented. Another said “they’re gonna have to rename it cleavage avenue.” While another said “my kid wants milk now.”

Perry was not actually bare-chested as her front was covered with a flesh-coloured mesh that went all the way to her neck.
