Now, second masseur accuses actor Travolta of trying to have sex
Los Angeles: Just a day after a male masseur accused Hollywood actor John Travolta of soliciting him for sex, which led him to file a two million dollar suit against the latter, a second male masseur stepped forward to accuse Travolta of trying to have sex with him during a massage session.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the second masseur, who does not want to be identified, has also filed a two million dollar sexual battery lawsuit against the actor for propositioning him during a massage session.
According to Radar Online, the second masseur is also being represented by the same lawyer who is representing the first claimant.
In the first complaint, filed yesterday in Los Angeles, the male masseur claimed Travolta, 58, rubbed the plaintiff``s genitals, propositioned him and touched himself lewdly during a massage session on January 16, 2012 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
The plaintiff said he told Travolta he would not have sex with him but claims the Saturday Night Fever star responded by offering to perform a sexual act.
The lawsuit from the second victim, filed overnight in Los Angeles, alleges that Travolta tried to initiate sexual contact when the masseur gave the actor a massage at a resort in Atlanta on January 28, 2012.
Travolta`s representative has released a statement adamantly denying these claims.
