Melbourne: An Australian hotel group has introduced erotic novel ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ inspired hotel packages, for promoting its Brisbane hotels.
Accor has advertised a saucy package for its the Quay West Suites, the Sebel Suites and the Sebel King George Square, that includes lip balm as a “lip biting remedy” and room service breakfast for two “as a girl’s gotta keep up her energy.” They have also offered a satin blindfold and a do-not -disturb sign. “Brisbane is turning up the heat this winter and introducing a saucy overnight package sure to turn fans of the 50 Shades phenomenon in a spin,” News.com.au quoted them as saying in a statement. It’s not the only hotel that has used the popular novel for publicity - last month a hotel boss in the UK had replaced Bibles with copies of the racy book. ANI
