Secret behind Kim K's nude photoshoot revealed

Melbourne: The secret behind Kim Kardashian's latest Paper Magazine winter issue nude cover-shot, which has sent social media into meme frenzy, was recently revealed.

The 34-year-old star was photographed by French photographer Jean-Paul Goude, and the images are homage to some of his 1970s photographs of black women, News.com.au reported.

One image includes Kardashian popping Champagne over her shoulders into a glass resting on her ample rump, a recreation of Goude's 1976 image "Carolina Beaumont, New York." In the Kardashian's shot, the Champagne brand was deliberately covered, because none would lend their name to it.

Kardashian posed fully nude for reclusive fashion photographer Goude at a secret location in Paris in September. The magazine included the cover line "Break the internet Kim Kardashian," which indeed she has.
