New York: Sharon Stone was on the verge of creating a “Basic Instinct"-like flash when a bug flew into her dress at a recent event.
The star, wearing a billowing white mini, played auctioneer at the Watermill Center Benefit in Southampton on Saturday.
During the bids, the actress shrieked when a bug flew into her dress.
"Oh, my God, I think a bug just flew up my dress! What an awkward moment for the bug,” the New York Post quoted her as saying.
One amused onlooker said Stone put her hand up the dress and "started to wiggle to let the bug fly free.
And for some in the front row, she nearly repeated her infamous `Basic Instinct` moment."
The star-studded crowd included Alec Baldwin, Anne Hearst, Nicole Miller, and Allison and Chip Brady.
