London: Robert Pattinson has been named the world’s sexiest man for the fourth consecutive time.
The ‘Twilight’ hunk has maintained his place as the world’s sexiest man, despite being publicly humiliated over Kristen Stewart’s cheating scandal.
The 26-year-old British star, who is said to have rekindled his relationship with love rat Kristen Stewart following her admission that she had an affair with her married director Rupert Sanders, has won the accolade for the fourth year in a row.
Fellow British actor and ‘Avengers Assemble’ star Tom Hiddleston was voted second in Glamour magazine’s list of 50 sexiest men, in which 40,000 people participated, followed by heartthrob Johnny Depp, the Mirror reported.
‘Prometheus’ star Michael Fassbender landed fourth while ‘Sherlock’ actor Benedict Cumberbatch came in fifth, up from 33 last year.
The top 10 is completed by Robert Downey Jr, Taylor Lautner, Paul Wesley, James McAvoy and Henry Cavill.
The top 50 also included David Tennant, Colin Firth, Matt Smith, David Beckham and Justin Bieber, who slipped two places from last year to 49.
Over 40,000 people voted in Glamour magazine``s 50 sexiest men of 2012 poll.
