Bangalore: Popular Kannada actor Vijay known as ‘Duniya Vijay’ who filed for divorce before the family court earlier this year, was asked to appear at the counselling centre with his wife on March 14.
Vijay who appeared before the family court here was asked to appear along with his wife Nagarathna before the marriage counselling centre on that date.
Vijay married to Nagarathna for fourteen years and father of three children cited "mental harassment" by his wife as the reason for seeking the divorce. He had filed for divorce on January 17.
The actor who began his career in the Kannada film industry as a stunt artist, shot into fame after he played the lead role in ‘Duniya’
He has acted in 18 films in lead roles and has about 45 films to his credit.
