Chennai: S.J. Suryah, who acts and directs, has now donned the hat of a composer for his upcoming Tamil directorial 'Isai'. He says he spent six months to learn music before composing tunes for the film.
"I practiced sincerely for about 10 hours every day. I spent more time on learning the guitar and piano. Since I was composing the music, I decided to sing as well. I've crooned the title track of the album. It's come out well and I hope audiences will love it," he said.
The audio of 'Isai', which features Suryah in the lead, is expected to be out in a few weeks.
Also starring newcomer Savitri and Sathyaraj, 'Isai' is the story of rivalry between two composers.
