Elton John cries at the Royal wedding

Los Angeles: Music legend Elton John had teary eyes as he went through an emotional moment at the Royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

The 64-year-old is one the most successful artists of all time and has received knighthood from Queen Elizabeth II for services to music and charitable services, reported Mailonline. John who sang at Princess Diana`s funeral at Westminister Abbey had called it a ‘surreal’ experience and he hoped never to have to repeat was seen biting his lip and his eyes looked red-rimmed as he gazed at the proceedings. Returning to Westminister Abbey for the wedding was understandably an emotional experience as John shared some memories with the place. John was accompanied by his partner David Furnish to the wedding. PTI
