Chantelle Houghton walks out on Alex Reid |
London: Reality TV star Chantelle Houghton has reportedly abandoned fiance Alex Reid`s home weeks before their baby is due.
The 28-year-old model, who is eight-months pregnant, has moved out of the couple`s home and has instead been sleeping on the floor of her two-bedroom flat as there is no bed, reported a website.
"She is absolutely devastated. She has moved back into her flat where she feels safe. She would not tell any of us what Alex has done. Whatever happened must be catastrophic because she has never have fled her home without good reason," her friend said.
The former glamour model wrote a cryptic post on Twitter later that day.
"Karma is cruel and I am so glad it is cos people only find out how much cruel it is when it’s too late and they have hurt u (sic)", she posted.
Houghton, who confirmed earlier this month that she would not marry Reid, 36, any time soon, moved into the cagefighter`s house a month ago.
