Adam Levine used band`s fame to date girls

Los Angeles: Singer Adam Levine, lead vocalist of band Maroon 5, says he used the band`s fame to impress girls during his college days.

Levine is currently engaged to marry Behati Prinsloo. The singer was very shy and could never gather the courage to ask girls out for a date, reports femalefirst.co.uk. "Pick up line? I would probably do something cowardly when I was young, like hand them a flyer or something stupid when I was in high school," said Levine. "I had to use the band, I had no game, it was really sad," he added.
