Alec Baldwin engaged to yoga instructor 25 years younger than him

London: Alec Baldwin has decided to give marriage a second chance and proposed to his 28-year-old yoga instructor girlfriend, Hilaria Thomas, over the weekend.

The ‘30 Rock’ star began dating Thomas, an instructor at New York`s Yoga Vida studio, in the spring of 2011. His publicist Matthew Hiltzik made the engagement announcement over Twitter, the Mirror reported. "Yes, it’s true! Alec proposed to Hilaria this weekend and we’re all excited for the newly engaged couple. Alec`s birthday is tomorrow - great way to celebrate!" Hiltzik said in a statement. Baldwin, who once starred in a film called ‘The Marrying Man,’ turned 54 on Tuesday. He was previously married to Kim Basinger and they have a daughter together named Ireland. The Hollywood actor had published a book in 2008 called ‘A Promise To Ourselves’ about his personal experience dealing with divorce and his battle with Basinger over custody of their daughter. ANI
