Arnie and Maria Shriver’s lunch sparks reconciliation rumours
London: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have sparked the rumours of an impending reconciliation, as the two were spotted leaving a restaurant on Tuesday after sharing a cosy lunch together.
The Terminator star, 64, and his estranged wife, 56, looked very close during their outing in Santa Monica.
The former couple was seen smiling coyly as they left the upscale Ivy restaurant for a late lunch by the ocean, the Daily Mail reported.
Following the outing, the former Governor of California, who had last year admitted to fathering a child with the former couple’s housekeeper whilst they were still married, visited a furniture store next to the eatery with his former wife.
Later Schwarzenegger made a chivalrous gesture by taking one of his official Governor’s jackets from the back of his car and put it around Shriver’s shoulders.
Maria went chic and casual for yesterday’s lunch date in a pair of dark skinny jeans, an olive green shirt and some beige loafers.
She appeared to be make-up free and bundled her hair up in a bun.
The former professional bodybuilder meanwhile also went low-key for the outing in a pair of jeans, a white T-shirt and a cashmere sweater.
The former couple was probably shopping for new furniture for Shriver’s new 12.2million dollars mansion in Los Angeles.
