Brooke Mueller wins restraining order against Charlie Sheen
London: Actor Charlie Sheen’s estranged wife Brooke Mueller has won a restraining order against him, as they both battle for custody of their twin sons.
Sheen, 45, is said to be planning to fight Mueller, 33, for full physical custody of their twin boys Bob and Max, who turn two later this month.
Mueller, who is also seeking full custody of the children, was awarded a restraining order against Sheen by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, who banned the actor from going within 100 yards of her.
The relationship between the two had appeared cordial, with Mueller moving into Sheen’s LA mansion with her sons last week.
She had even joined the actor and his two girlfriends, porn star Bree Olsen, real name Rachel Oberlin, and nanny and model Natalie Kenly, on a trip to the Bahamas.
But she left the holiday early after an argument over an undisclosed issue.
“There was a huge firestorm about Brooke being part of our crew but where there were four, there are now three,” the Daily Mail quoted Sheen as having said then.
“Goodbye, Brooke, and good luck in your travels. You’re going to need it. Badly,” he had added.
