Esha Deol getting engaged on Sunday

Mumbai: Looks like Bollywood has been gripped by the wedding fever. After Riteish-Genelia’s grand wedding, actress Esha Deol will be getting engaged to boyfriend Bharat Takhtani this Sunday. The couple who have been dating for 13 months will be getting engaged at Esha’s mother Hema Malini’s residence. According to a tabloid, the engagement is going to be a small affair with only close family and friends as part of the guest list. When contacted, Hema Malini confirmed the news to the tabloid and said,"We have only two days to go. But please don`t ask me to elaborate. It`s going to be a very private affair." Hema Malini’s residence has been bustling with activities since thruday with Decorators and florist going in and out of the bungalow. Speaking to the tabloid a source said that wedding would happen in this year itself which would obviously be a lavish affair. "As for the engagement, it`s going to be a very personal celebration. Not too many people have been invited," added the source. However, Hema Malini was reluctant to talk about the wedding. She simply said, "I shall tell you as and when we zero down on the date. Just because we are film stars does not mean we have to announce everything beforehand. We are working towards it. That`s all I shall say for now." While Hema has been quite upfront about the entire matter, bride to be Esha maintained a stoic silence. In fact, ever since she started dating Bharat, who is a Businessman, Esha has never confirmed or denied the news. But, her mother sort of spilled the news.
