Melbourne: Geri Halliwell reportedly ‘feels like a fool’ over her brief romance with Russell Brand.
The couple was assumed to be in a relationship after meeting again at the London 2012 Olympic Games closing ceremony.
However earlier this month, Brand travelled all the way to a hotel in Suffolk, UK, to meet with a brunette lady he told staff was his ‘beloved Amy.’
Geri was reportedly left feeling humiliated after the 37-year-old comedian was spotted with another woman, but is reportedly hiding her embarrassment.
“Geri feels humiliated. More than anything, she``s angry with herself. She refused to listen to her friends who warned her against getting with Russell and now she feels like a fool,” news.com.au quoted a source as telling British magazine Heat.
“Geri is certainly not going to act desperate. Outwardly, she wants to show everyone that this is no big deal. But she can`t help but secretly cringe with embarrassment,” the source added.
