London: Una Healy, who is pregnant with Ben Foden’s child announced her engagement to the English rugby player during her group The Saturdays’ performance at London’s Wembley Arena on Dec 16.

The 30-year-old singer proudly showed off her new engagement ring as she excitedly bounded around the stage with her bandmates. After telling fans her news, Healy took to her Twitter page writing – “Thank you WEMBLEY!! “Such an incredible night, so happy right now, :) xxx,” she wrote. The 26-year-old sportsman had made no secret of his desire to ask the Irish singer-songwriter to marry him, saying that he was just waiting for the right moment earlier this year. “I am planning to go down on one knee during the next few weeks,” the Daily Mail quoted Foden as saying. “It won’t come as a total surprise because we’ve been discussing marriage for some time. “It will happen and I want lots of children,” he added.
