RiRi chats up newly single R-Patz with `sexy ‘n’ funny` texts

Washington: Rihanna has been sending some cheeky texts to Robert Pattinson, who recently went through a messy and very public breakup with cheating girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

A friend of the singer has described the texts as “sexy” and “funny”, Contactmusic reported. “They’ve met several times at award bashes over the years. RiRi thinks he’s very cute, but nothing ever came of it because he was attached to Kristen - and it’s not her style to steal someone else’s man,” her buddy told the Huffington Post. Although, it may not be the singer’s style, the 24-year-old star has been quick off the mark to state her intent. “She got Rob’s phone number from a mutual friend and has been sending him sexy, funny texts to cheer him up,” the source revealed. “At first, Rob thought someone Punk’d him. Eventually Rihanna convinced him she was for real, but Rob has been resisting her,” the source added. ANI
