Socialite Paris Hilton dating nightclub owner

Los Angeles: Socialite Paris Hilton is reportedly dating night club owner Cy Waits in secret and has been spending a lot of time in Las Vegas lately. The 29-year-old heiress, who split with `The Hills` star Doug Reinhardt in April, has been flying out to Vegas often to be with Waits, who manages a number of hot spots with his twin brother, Jesse, reported E! online.

"He flies her out to Vegas all the time on his private jet so they can be together when he has to work there," said a source, adding that Waits is "head over heels" for Hilton. "Even when he is at work, he`s constantly texting her and is always on the phone with her. And she`s really into him, too. They`ve been friends for a long time but only recently did it turn romantic," the source added. Hilton is apparently taking the new relation slow but enjoys being with Waits. "She`s taking things slow, but she enjoys spending time with him. He is the exact opposite of her ex. He is very shy and doesn`t crave media attention," said a source close to Hilton. PTI
