Lucky to have a good marriage: Cate Blanchett

London: Cate Blanchett, who won the best actress award at the 71st Golden Globe Awards, says she feels "lucky" to have a good marriage.

The `Blue Jasmine` star is married to theatre director Andrew Upton and believes working in same industry doesn`t make their life difficult, reported Contactmusic. "I don`t think it`s more difficult for actors to have a good marriage than anyone," the 44-year-old actress said. "I think in the end a really important component of any relationship is honesty - and it also comes back to luck," she said. The actress who has three kids Dashiell, 12, Roman, 9, and Ignatius, 5 from her 16-year-old marriage to Upton, feels she is fortunate to have an `amazing husband like him. "I`m incredibly fortunate to have met the intelligent, generous, risk-taking, stimulating man to whom I am married. He`s really amazing," she said. The Australian actress also said that she does not carry her work to home and spends good time with her kids. "I don`t take my work home - my children are not interested in me bringing home the characters I play. "My boys are great kids, hilariously funny. We laugh a lot when we`re at home," Blanchett said.
