Ajay Devgn-Rohit Shetty
Next on our list of great friends of Bollywood are Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty. The actor-director duo create golmaal mixed with some heavy action stuff, much to the merriment of the audience.
There must be very few associations in the film industry which have stood the test of time and Ajay-Rohit’s friendship is one of them. The latter started out as an assistant director in ‘Phool Aur Kaante’ (1991) with which Ajay Devgn made his acting debut. After that film, Rohit worked as assistant/associate director in other Ajay Devgn starrers like ‘Suhaag’, ‘Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha’, ‘Hindustan Ki Kasam’ and ‘Raju Chacha’.
Rohit’s friendship with Ajay strengthened after he debuted as director with ‘Zameen’ casting Ajay in the lead.

Ritesh Deshmukh-Boman Irani
The two are one of a kind. Both are extremely amusing when they are in their element. Ritesh shares great vibes with Boman and their chemistry rocks every time they come to host an event. The two have given some block-buster comedy capers like ‘Housefull’ and ‘Heyy Baby’. - Bikas Bhagat
Salman Khan-Sanjay Dutt
They are like the Big Daddy’s of Bollywood…been here done that sorts, forming an altogether different league. Sanju and Salman have been friends for long, even though it’s hard to believe that the two were never on good terms at the beginning of their career.
Sanjay blamed Salman for creating rumours of link-ups with his co-stars at the time of ‘Khalnayak’. However, Sanjay’s theory proved wrong after he got to know that Salman was a big hearted person and he would never indulge in such cheap maligning acts.
Later, maybe their similar brush with the law helped them in cementing their friendship.
And, even as news of recent clashes between the two splashed in papers recently, the two are such kind of friends who can go to any extend to support each other at times of extreme adversity.

Ranbir Kapoor-Imran Khan
They are the young guns of Bollywood. Recent skirmishes did dampen their camaraderie, but the two clearly seem to have come of age. Both, again the prodigy’s of B-town, are extremely familiar with the industry and the way it works. Ranbir and Imran are the kind of friends who would fight just for the heck of it and then chuckle over the incident later. - Bikas Bhagat
Hrithik Roshan-Farhan Akhtar
They have been the best of buddies since childhood. Born and bred in the Bollywood fraternity, both share a great understanding of the ways of the showbiz industry. At a time when Bollywood is plagued with ego clashes and stiff competition, Hrithik and Farhan remain un-affected. Their friendship was aptly imitated in ‘Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara’. - Bikas Bhagat
Shah Rukh Khan-Karan Johar
SRK and KJo are industry’s most popular friends. Their friendship dates back from the days of DDLJ when Karan played SRK’s friend. Reel life friendship turned into real life friendship and Karan even opted to direct SRK in his first ever directorial venture – ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’.
Karan is extremely emotional about his friendship with Shah Rukh. He once claimed that he cannot dream of making a film without SRK. Likewise, even Shah Rukh holds a special place for KJo and many in the industry actually vouch for their friendship. - Bikas Bhagat
