Tom Cruise takes Suri on helicopter ride

Los Angeles: Tom Cruise and his six-year-old daughter Suri had some bonding time for the second day in a row, taking a helicopter ride above New York.

After the 50-year-old superstar had an outing with Suri on Tuesday - the first time he met her since Katie Holmes filed for divorce - the newly single father took a trip on a Liberty helicopter, reported People magazine. Cruise carried his precious cargo during a sweltering hot day in NYC. "They didn`t look stressed," said a source. The father-daughter duo`s destination was unknown, but Suri was seen peering through the helicopter`s window. "They seemed happy to me," said an observer. Even though Holmes will have primary custody of the couple`s daughter, Cruise "will have a meaningful relationship with Suri," said his lawyer, Bert Fields. PTI
