New Delhi: Looking every bit dashing in his moustachioed avatar for October 22 release ‘Rakta Charitra’ and all set to marry Priyanka Alva on October 29, Vivek Oberoi is at peace with himself. Talking exclusively to Spicezee.com about Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Rakta Chritra’ and his would-be-wife, Vivek is in a celebratory mode.

Talking about his role in ‘Rakta Charitra’, Vivek says that his character, “Pratap Ravi is son of a farmer who fights against the system. There is violence in the film which talks about the real person behind all the aggression.”

When enquired about his association with RGV, Vivek breaks into smile and is all praise for the maverick director as he said, “I have worked hundred percent hard for ‘Rakta Charitra’”

Speaking about his life, Vivek turns philosophical. Speaking about the ups and downs of his life, Vivek said, “My life has always been interesting. We all learn from our mistakes. Okay, I have given flops like ‘Home Delivery’ but I have also given hits like ‘Prince’.”

When prodded about Priyanka Alva, Vivek can’t stop praising his would-be-wife and said, “Every man has a wish list about his dream wife. When I met Priyanka for the first time, in half an hour I realised that I am the most fortunate person on earth. Priyanka, who comes from a Gandhian family is a very down to earth person and embodies Indian values.

Well, when enquires about the wedding guests, Vivek says that, “Till 22nd October, I am busy with the promotion of ‘Rakta Charitra’. Invitations are being given by my mom and dad. However, when people call and congratulate me, it appears that the entire film industry is one big family.”
