The `Heart Attack` hitmaker was housebound after she twisted her ankle while running, reportedly.
"Umm so (sic).. I guess when I went running and twisted my ankle I actually did hurt myself... Again."
The singer, who ended up in a leg cast after slipping on a newly polished floor last year, assured fans it is just a minor injury this time.
"Didn`t even notice until now so it`s not That bad but... I thought you`d be amused... I really should just get new ankles!!"
