Los Angeles: Actress Gwyneth Paltrow stays in great shape because she follows a strict fitness regime, says celebrity workout guru Tracy Anderson.
Anderson says her star client Paltrow is "disciplined" when it comes to her workout routines, reports nypost.com.
Paltrow sweats through her `method` routine six times a week. The complex routine involves elastic stretch bands, a wooden workout stick, dumbbells and ankle weights.
Anderson says Paltrow is "uncoordinated during workouts, but she`s disciplined."
